Rigid positioning axes with a closed aluminium profile for the highest demands on dynamics and precision: We now also supply bridge axes with toothed belt, linear motor and now rack and pinion drives. We are also expanding the HC cantilever axes with a new, larger profile width.
The new bridge axes are primarily used for material feeding and palletising over larger working areas. Longer, heavier, stronger: Thanks to the closed aluminium profile, the HB bridge axles are particularly torsionally and flexurally rigid and designed for maximum moment load capacities. The external HIWIN double guide of the CG series in an O arrangement also guarantees high load capacities. Depending on the application requirements, the 250 mm wide axes are available with a toothed belt drive, linear motor drive or now also with a rack and pinion drive. With travel speeds of up to 5 m/s and load capacities of 350 kg workpiece weight, the bridge axes achieve repeat accuracies of up to ± 0.005 mm.
Cantilever axes: We are expanding the HC cantilever axes with a new profile width of 150 mm. Thanks to the high rigidity of the cantilever and the low moving mass, the linear axes are particularly suitable for dynamic applications with high loads in vertical applications. The compact drive block with motor and gearbox is stationary, while the lightweight cantilever moves. Thanks to the closed aluminium profile, the cantilever has high torsional rigidity despite its low weight.
